Since starting her real estate journey in 2005, Amanda Betteridge has become an expert in asset management with a specialty in retail and shopping centres. Her background includes roles in Shopping Centre Management in both the UK and Australia, as well as experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager for a family-owned business.

Amanda is known for her ability to protect returns and drive strong investment outcomes for clients. Her collaborative approach ensures that every client's goals and objectives are clearly understood and matched with a strategic plan. A standout achievement in Amanda’s career was her integral role in the development of Mandurah Forum - a complex, multi-year project requiring exceptional relationship management and strategic coordination to minimise retailer impact during construction.

When she’s not at work, Amanda enjoys staying active outdoors, spending time with her children, and diving into a good book. She brings the same energy and thoughtfulness to her work, supporting clients with strategies that make managing their commercial assets seamless and rewarding.
